Finally the collaboration that I was waiting for happened. EMINEM and KANYE WEST finally appear on a track together. Also on it are DRAKE and LIL WAYNE for LEBRON JAMES new documentary movie MORE THAN A GAME. As far as verses goes both Eminem and Kanye are great on it and the chorus is catchy. Boys Are Back
While I wasn't really feeling the last season of ENTOURAGE this season is much better. Ari is at his best, Vince is back on top, Llyod wants to make career moves, and Turtle's dating Tony Sopranos daughter. The new seventh season is hilarous and the guest stars like DAVID SCHWIMMER and BOB SAGET are even funnier. If you haven't already, I suggest you start watching this gem of a show.

Lizard Brain
One of my favorite authors SETH GODIN spoke at the new 99 PERCENT CONFERENCE a few months ago. It was finally uploaded online and you can watch it HERE. His presentation centers around the concept of shipping and meeting deadlines and budgets. From his point of view the hard part isn't being creative - its actually doing things and getting away from the excuses we tell ourselves or as he calls it the "lizard brain". Personally I loved his idea and it changed my perspective on my work ethic and question if I'm starting and finishing.

J.J. Abrams Mystery Box
Even though I've never watched either of his television show nor his movies except MISSION IMPOSSIBLE III which I enjoyed, I found his talk at TED rather stimulating. His process is very simple yet though provoking - he makes the kleenax box sound interesting and he has a terrific sense a humor. Get It Out There
After going almost a month without seeing each other James and I finally hooked up for breakfast at White Spot. Later on I showed him some of the work that I had been producing. I even showed him some of my self-promotional stuff that I created more than a year ago. James responded by saying that I needed to get my work out there and having it sitting on my computer wasn't doing anything. That was just the kick in pants that I needed, since then I've gotten my ass in gear to get my worked printed and out there. Thanks James.

Family Matters
Spent the last weekend at my cousins wedding, despite how tired I - it was really fun. I don't notice how much I enjoy my family until I stop seeing them for so long. Maybe the distance keeps us closer. What always gets me whenever I have one of these family reunions is how fast time is passing. Its hard to see cousins that I use pick up as babies now taller than me. I guess its true what they say, life does not go backwards - only forward.
