Stillness Speaks

Currently reading STILLNESS SPEAKS by ECKHART TOLLE. The book is similar to his previous book POWER OF NOW. It is an easy read and my favorite section was about enjoying the present moment and letting go of the ego. Someone that as a guy I sometimes have issues with. If your read his previous books then there is nothing new here but if you have a spare hour I recommend this.

While watching OPRAH (yes I admit I watch it) the other day I saw the trailer for WILL SMITH'S new movie SEVEN POUNDS.
