Reflect

Below are the timeless lessons that I wish to share with you. So since January 1, 2006 to now I have learned: 1) Putting things off each day leads to not getting anything done all year. 2) First, second or third job interviews are nothing to get excited about unless I hear the words you’re hired. 3) The more party invitations I decline and phone calls I don’t return the fewer friends I have. 4) It’s okay to miss my mom when I haven’t seen her for four or five days, even though we both live in the same house. 5) Never ever lend money to friends in debt because they could care less about paying me back. 6) Surfing the internet at work gives me more free time when I’m at home. 7) Which people want to spend time with me and which want me to spend money on them. 8) When a girl is checking me out, it doesn’t mean that she’s interested in a relationship, it just means I’m sexy. 9) Eating 13 cookies in one sitting is not something to brag about. 10) Playing video games with sore losers takes the all the fun out to winning so I just let them win. 11) Not sleeping for 32 hours can lead to health problems or in my case being sick almost once a month. 12) Somtimes life isn't fair or easy.

Happyness

I saw THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS last Tuesday and I highly recommend it. The film is very inspiring and entertaining. I would write more but I don't want to sound corny.

Mary Kay Ash

"When you reach an obstacle, turn it into an opportunity. You have the choice. You can overcome and be a winner, or you can allow it to overcome you and be a loser. The choice is yours and yours alone. Refuse to throw in the towel. Go that extra mile that failures refuse to travel. It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure."

This is a music VIDEO that I can watch without the volume on. After watching this video I have an intense desire to enroll in aerobics classes.

Shake That

Anybody that knows me knows that I can't dance - can't even do the two step twist. Which is why I'm so impressed with this VIDEO of a kid dancing. The little dude has some serious moves.

Anthony Robbins

“Live life fully while you're here. Experience everything. Take care of yourself and your friends. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and screw up! You're going to anyway, so you might as well enjoy the process. Take the opportunity to learn from your mistakes: find the cause of your problem and eliminate it. Don't try to be perfect; just be an excellent example of being human.”

Comeback

Just saw this amazing FOOTAGE of a fourth quarter comback by a high school football team in TEXAS. The team was down 41-17 and orchestrated a comeback with three minutes remaining in the game. The lesson here: don't ever give up.

Happyness

A few days ago I caught WILL SMITH on OPRAH promoting his new film THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS. The more clips they showed, the more I wanted to see this movie. I haven't been this excited about watching a movie since 8 MILE.
