Thinking of Wedding Crashers

While at work today I found myself looking out the window shamelessly checking out hot girls as they walk by. I have to admit I personally don't enjoy hot weather but I sure do enjoy seeing hot girls in hot weather. Wh0 ever invented the tank top and short shorts are to be worshipped.

Seeing all these gorgeous girls got me thinking of Wedding Crashers. I'm writing it here to remind myself to watch that movie soon. If you have seen the movie let me know if it's worth my $10.95.

Find your love mate

I have been retained to design and execute a marketing plan for a "how to find your love mate" startup.

If you have any cool or interesting stories about how you found your mate feel free to communicate them.

I will keep you posted on the branding and even post test ads on this page.

Being single, I will also try the program and see if I end up happily ever after.

100 t-shirts

Tomorrow I am going to Griffin Screen Printing to pick up 100 Lionzden t-shirts that I had printed.

I'm trying to come up with creative ways to distribute the shirts. I have yet to come up with a sound strategy that will increase my bank account.

If you have any ideas please e-mail me or post a comment.

If you would like me to send you a t-shirt then let me know and I will see what I can do.

Lionzden logo

Please let me know what you think of the LionzdenTM - a clothing project I'm working on. So far I have had t-shirts and hats made and am giving them away for free.

advice to Bijoy Philip

Four things that have lead to my (mini) success to date:

1) volunteer
2) use criticism as a vehicle to sharpen your skills
3) positive attitude
4) network like crazy

Not trying to be corny but this is a tough industry with even tougher competition. The world doesn't need people with ideas - but people that can execute ideas.

Hope it helps. I welcome all of you to post any other advice or even stories that can help others.

re:herman's blog

Due to the annoying amount of spam that I receive (I don't need any help getting it up) I would prefer if you e-mailed with herman's blog in the Re of your e-mails. That way I don't delete them and you don't think I'm a jerk. Thanks

Allow me to introduce myself

My name is Herman Mahal and I am a marketer, designer and conceptual thinker. I live in Burnaby, BC, Canada and work in downtown Vancouver. Currently I am seeking employment in the ever so competitive advertising field. If you have any contacts let me know.

Also I am working on starting a clothing line and a magazine. Two very interesting projects that I will keep you posted on. I like meeting new people so don't be shy and feel free to drop me a line to say hi or if you have any tips or suggestions - advice is always welcome and appreciated.
